| Terms and Conditions: Restrictions Purchase by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted in the UK where C&G Imports is registered. C&G Imports reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor. Shipping Items will normally be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, and the cost of this is included in the item price. Large/high-value orders will be shipped Recorded Delivery. - We endeavour to process all orders either the same day or the day after, however during busy periods this is not always possible. Jurisdiction This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which C&G Imports and the customer hereby submit. Liability To the extent allowed by the law, C&G Imports shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances: for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of C&G Imports or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non consumers. Payment Payment is due before goods are despatched. Prices Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by C&G Imports without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of despatch. Price Guarantee We will not be beaten on price! - If you find another kit for sale (like-for-like contents (1 battery, 1 atomiser, 5 x refills, 2-way charger)), no matter what brand, send us a link as proof of price and we will beat it by 10% Cancelations All consumers have the right to cancel their order prior to dispatch and for 30 working days after delivery. If the order is canceled after dispatch, A refund will only be issued on return of the items, unopened and in original packaging, and in the condition they were sent out in. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by C&G Imports. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. Quality All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations. Security PayPal, our payment provider, uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks. Statutory Rights These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Time of Order Orders received by us before 2 pm (GMT) during working days will be normally be dispatched within same but could take up to1-2 days to despatch. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays. Title to Goods Property and title in the goods shall remain with C&G Imports and shall not pass to the customer until such time as C&G Imports has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account. |
